Senior Acquisitions and Business Process Consultant

In this role you guide acquisition and process optimization efforts within Guidehouse's Defense and Security segment. You will analyze contract data, stakeholder needs, and invoices to craft efficiency recommendations and support the full contract lifecycle from market research to post-award monitoring. You'll lead and support acquisition tasks, deliver high-quality analyses, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to drive improvements. • Analyze data from multiple sources to develop efficiency recommendations for decision making
• Identify insights related to program goals by analyzing diverse data sets
• Conduct contract reviews with team to understand client operations and propose improvements
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to tailor acquisition recommendations across the contract lifecycle
• Create deliverables that synthesize information into actionable business and acquisition recommendations
• Contribute as a team member and lead/acquire tasks while managing workload
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client meetings

• BA/BS degree
• Three (3) years of experience in contracting, acquisitions, supply chain, logistics, etc.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust (active preferred)
